Building on a life-long friendship, and a love of Baltimore and local food, Jack Neill and Zachary Schoettler opened this 12-seat diner in 2012. Over the years they have fine tuned their menu including veggies patties (Baltimore’s Best in 2013), handcrafted sausages from fresh and local pork shoulder, and pickled condiments.
